YIN YOGA class usually consists of a series of long – held passive floor poses/exercises that mainly work the lower part of the body – hips , pelvis , inner thighs , lower spine . These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses/exercises are for up to five minutes sometimes longer.
THE YOGA DOJO ‘the place to practice ‘ is a KARATE DOJO and we have been producing CHAMPIONS FIGHTERS for 45 years plus , but more importantly we have been building CHAMPION PEOPLE through the gifts of KARATE for that time…
