YOGA VINYASA – YIN CLASS

YOGA VINYASA is a traditional Hatha Yoga class for beginners and practiced yogi’s this class is designed to move through a flow that will prepare for you to enjoy the second  part of the class –  YIN YOGA  usually consists of a series of long – held passive floor poses/exercises that mainly work the lower part of the body – hips , pelvis , inner thighs , lower spine . These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses/exercises are for up to five minutes sometimes longer.
